At ABK Grooming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your grooming products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
